Your gentle touch, your tender care. A smile as bright as sunshine; a heart of no compare.
A spirit that will glow forever, in the memories that we share.

National CPR/AED Awareness Week: June 1st-7th

This week is National CPR/AED Awareness Week.  It's a great time to use the Parent Heart Watch educational resources, such as posters, brochures, public service announcements and more, to spread awareness about SCA in youth.  Write a letter to your editor, call your local television station, post a link to Parent Heart Watch on your Facebook page or make a presentation in your community.

Fact Sheet about ECG/EKG Early Screening:
Early Detection Can Save Hearts! Fact Sheet

Please consider signing your children (ages 5-18) up for our screening event, to be held this October in Downingtown, at www.5KforAidanJ.com No participation in the 5K required.  (You will need to enter credit card information to sign up, but you will not be charged).

Spread the word!  It could save a life.

This is Tom McConville. I am not sure if you remember me but I dated Marybeth Gionta while at Scranton and had the good pleasure to meet you many times through Steve Gionta. I attended my 20year reunion this weekend and spent a wonderful hour catching up with Joan and Doug Kaiser. They told me about Aidan, and words cannot describe how sorry I am for you, your wife and your family. I've been on this site looking at the pictures of Aidan. What a handsome, happy boy. Steve, I just wanted you to know I was thinking about you today. I just remember you were about as nice as they get to me whenever we spent time together. Like Steve Gionta, you were just a great guy to get to know. Please know Aidan will be in my thoughts and prayers, as will you and your family. I hope the race next weekend brings support, awareness and most importantly, an example of Aidan's spirit showing forth. Tom
